The LINXS Institute’s Small Business Academy was created by Prime contractors, Flour, Flat Iron, Dragados and Balfour Beatty to assist certified firms in helping increase the number of contract-ready contractors working on the $3Billion Automated People Mover project at LAX. Through this program, BRG will help improve the readiness of certified contractors to grow and sustain themselves during the project.

BRG’s training and support services program was recognized as the Mentor of Year for SDG&E suppliers. For the past five (5) years, BRG has supported diverse suppliers at San Diego Gas and Electric to expand their operating capacity and improve their financial capabilities. BRG is pleased to be recognized for this work and to continue to expand its work with diverse corporate suppliers across California.

Through the Contractors Bonding and Development Program, BRG supports the city of LA's commitment to deliver capital access and specialized assistance services for contractors seeking to expand vendor relationships with the city and its affiliated municipal agencies.
